Where do you deliver?

We deliver within 25 miles of Burbank, CA 91505.

When do you deliver?

Our delivery window is 11am-6pm. As a small business with a varying schedule, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.

How long will the flowers last?

We take careful measures to ensure you receive fresh, beautiful florals. All florals are hand-selected no more than a day before your scheduled pick-up or delivery to ensure they arrive at their peak freshness and beauty. However, fresh flowers are delicate and require ongoing care to maximize their lifespan. With proper care, your flowers will typically remain vibrant for at least 3 days from the pick-up or delivery date. The overall longevity of the arrangement will vary depending on the type of blooms included. Certain flowers, such as dahlias and peonies, naturally have a shorter vase life.


If you are not happy with the freshness of your flowers within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery, please promptly email bloomsbybrittLA@gmail.com with photos of the flowers. We will review the photos and arrange for an exchange of the bouquet/arrangement if deemed warranted.

How can I maximize the life of my flowers?

Upon receiving your arrangement, fill the vase with water to the top immediately. We recommend changing the water every day and ensuring that the bottom of each stem remains fully submerged. Keep the arrangement in a cool location away from direct sunlight. As individual flowers begin to fade, remove them from the arrangement to prolong its overall beauty.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change unexpectedly! We allow for a 75% refund for any order canceled up to 48 hours before the pick-up or delivery date. Orders canceled less than 48 hours before the pick-up or delivery date are not eligible for a refund. Please email bloomsbybrittLA@gmail.com to cancel an order.

Can I reschedule the pick-up or delivery date?

Yes! You can change the pick-up or delivery date at no cost if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. If you request a date change less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, an additional fee equal to 50% of the order price will apply. Please email bloomsbybrittLA@gmail.com to reschedule an order.
